Hmm. I guess that's not too far off from what meditation's like, but instead of talking to someone else, you try not to think at all. All you have to do is get comfortable in whatever way you want, be silent, and breathe deep. Eventually you'll start to feel the astral energy moving through you, like you're part of the earth. So, uh... no asking for forgiveness or anything like that here. It's a really good way to forget all that, actually. For a minute, anyway.

Hey, he's not an idiot! Lloyd's really smart, besides not knowing what a dog looks like. I've only known him like, a couple weeks, but ( if anything happened to him i'd kill everyone in this room and then myself ) I'd trust his judgment, too.
