It looks like whatever the heck you guys were doing before, I guess! I know you guys can't, like, hook up or anything, but you can still—I dunno, talk about stuff. Serious stuff.

Well... actually, that list doesn't sound too far off of what happened back home, either. After Vholran made off with Shionne and we went to get her back, I kinda thought—y'know. That you guys would be over the "it's not a thing." Thing.

Well... yeah, a little, I guess. After all of that happened we had our hands full putting Pelegion back to rights and helping everyone get on their feet again. I don't even feel like I talked much to anybody that whole time, it was just... that hectic. But still... I mean, you gotta set stuff aside and make time for each other sometime.
Chyeah, of course I—wait, huh? What's wrong with the inn? It's a good idea! People need places to sleep, and stuff. Plus, then we'll have more space for everybody to hang out together. I mean, we're all pretty used to being squished up in the same place and fighting over who gets the bed, psyche, just kidding, it's always Dohalim, but... this could be really nice, y'know?
[... ... ... For anyone else, this would be a "you know you should be worried when Alphen has to explain something to you" situation, but this is Law, and they're both on pretty level ground when it comes to stupidity, so it's actually not that bad, I guess?]
Nothing's wrong with it -- you're right, it's a good idea. But sometimes you need to set stuff aside [SEE WHAT HE DID THERE] and take a break for yourself. The inn isn't going anywhere.
